Jay Shetty

Bolster Restorative Support

Bolsters are designed to help makes poses more accessible, helping with tight hips, back pain, etc. But - not all bolsters are made the same, this is one of my favorites!

Blocks and Strap

These props help make poses more accessible, while keeping alignment - aka avoiding injury. They help remind us to use the poses to get into the body, not the body to get into the poses. They help with balancing, tight hips and hamstrings, neck release, etc.

Eye Decompression Pillow

Acupressure Release

The author and her style I find to be the most relatable, inspiring yet realistic. Perfect for intention setting before practice, or to use when journaling! I always have mine on my altar.
